into the keypad (left star star left)
If your phone has a joystick to control the menus do left star star left
This will the show you the lock status of your Sony Ericsson Phone.
It should show a list like
1 = Network Lock (NCK)
2 = Network Subset (NSCK)
3 = SP (SPK)
4 = Corporate Lock (CCK)
% = Extended Lock (ESL)
You will see a little LOCKED padlock next to the lock of your Sony Ericsson phone. Sometimes you will see 2, if you see 2 provide both locks. Occasionally all 5 will be locked, if this is the case provide all 5.
The padlock will be next to the lock that your phone has. This will correspond to the code you will need to be given. When providing the lock status information please state the number AND the name the number of the lock the padlock is next to, alone is not enough as sometimes this can vary from phone to phone.
