1. Turn ON your phone without Sim Card
2. The screen will display Insert Card
3. Enter *#83*737# (press and hold # for 1 sec), this will open “Personalization Menu”
4. Select Disable Personalization
5. Enter Unlock Code
6. Press OK
7. Handset should now be unlocked
